Like...I would say even Egyptians are no match against Spartans.

Nor would I say even Samurai's are any match against Spartans, and Samurais are much later on than Spartans.

It comes to me as an ethical game based upon your decision of what civilization or culture betters another by weaponry or military strength.

Looks awesome!!! You should add Samurai!!! Oh and JakBaronKing you are REALLY stupid if you think the Spartans could beat the Samurai! Yes the Spartans are well trained and excellent fighters but they have insufficient armor, most of the men had wooden shields, and please note that they are not as badass as in the movie 300 which had their greatness WAY OVERPLAYED. The samurai are just as well (if not better) trained than the Spartans but have GREAT armor and still to this day have the record of the sharpest blade ever made: the Katana... Spartans would get RAPED.

I do not appreciate that you call me an Idiot. i am Japanese myself but I understand that the Greek Culture has existed far longer than Japan's history.

The Spartans are considered 'rival' to the Samurai - Frank Miller.

Because like you said...they do have excellent armor and deadly swords.

But the Spartans have incredible military tactics.

Samurai battles were often bloodly, unorginized masses of chaos.

And although the Spartan shields were indeed made of wood. Remember...it also had brass to cover the wood.

In addition....Samurai swords are damn sharp. But it cannot cut THROGH a wooden shield. it CAN cut through flesh and bone quite easily.

But also remember...Spartans were considered to be "Incredibly fit!"
Samurais were very short.
Size does matter in some cases.

I still have to argue the possible outcome of a well planed group of Spartans vs a Military group of Samurais.

any ways tis is probobally to late but i think that the enemy should be different
same attack, but different art. for example with the spartans you could make persian enemies with the same units and for wwII the enemy still has the same guys, but they look diferent you are the allies (USA, Britain, and the solviet union) and they are axis (japan, italy, and germany)

I have one more sugjestito. make some old units stronger than new ones in #1 you made the duelers stronger than swordsmen. in #2 please don't make that mistake it just looked wrong that a practicaly nude guy with a knife killed a guy with a sword in full armor. I know that you will make age of war 2 the best game ever. and its okay if you don't because everyone who played age of war 1 will play age of war 2, so you still get money even if thgey only play one time.

- Spartan Age (Confirmed) Self explanatory.
- Egyptian Age (In development) Self explanatory.
- Persian Age (Possible, unconfirmed) Self explanatory.
- Roman Age (Slight chance, unconfirmed) Self explanatory (If this is an age of the actual game, please add catapults!)
- Colonial Age (Possible, unconfirmed) : In other words, "Settler" age. No less than the 1600's.
- Pre-Modern Age (Unlikely, unconfirmed) : Late 1800's and Early 1900's.
- Military Age (Unlikely, unconfirmed) : Self-explanatory.
- Modern Military Age (Unknown) : Enhanced weapons, War machines, etc.
- Apocalyptic Age (Unlikely, unconfirmed) : Aftermath of a Nuclear War.

Added a few descriptions to the ones that may be confusing, others are self-explanatory.

This will indeed be a game everyone will be waiting for. Keep us updated!
