As a black girl( there arne't a lot in gaming) enters with a gun, she see's the alien spider king and has a gnarly fire fight in a desolate jungle. The spider smashes across the jungle into a temple were the screen turns red and starts the game!
can there be more than 1 spider if so make them small she enters a cave they attack her when she screams they go crazy... she uses a blow horn that she convienlently finds on the ground to make them go crazy untill she can excape (the noise maker could be in her bag
Sweet spider, so the girl is an explorer in a jungle, steamy/misty, she stumbles upon ancient myan temple thing, enters, hieroglyphics on the wall depict a great battle between many warriors and the "spider" then after exploring deeper into the temple she finds a secret passage way into a skull filled chamber, seemingly empty, when the spider crawls out of the shadows and she kills it, then finds eggs, thousands and thousands of spider eggs, suddennly she realizes the "spider" had a mate, and she has to find and kill it, so she can get rid of all the eggs.
It could be a sort of spoof of Metroid...her being the bounty hunter and trying to hunt this spider down.
But in an added twist...after she catches it...a little bit of acid blood from the spider could hit her armor...making her half-naked for fan-service.
Since in the actual game of Metroid...the whole point was to beat the game fast enough to see Samus without her armor.

Break in, try to get a treasure for her boss due to rumours that the artefact contains power. She gets the artefact that is a sword, spider appears, she shoots the spider with little luck, rolls under a slash of the legs and then stabs it through it's mouth.

how about this... the girl come into the temple looking for treasure. she steps on a trigger for a booby trap that realeases the spider. she run into the inner chamber grabs the treasure but gets caught by the spider. she makes a run for it but is trapped and is eaten.
