Thanks alot for the ideas, keep them coming (see the last post if you don't know what I am talking about). There are some nice stories out there, but you guys have to consider the fact that I can't make any other changes in the characters or the temple.
I have the interior of a temple, so dont ask me to create a jungle, that would take months in 3d.
The other thing is that there is only 45 seconds. I like the idea of a bounty hunter, but I would like to make it so the viewer doesn't know that the girl is hunting the spider.

Then create some tension...have a bunch of little spiders hunt down the girl. She finds herself in the egg-chamber where she is confronted by the Giant Spider...
Then add some Boss Music.
The Temple could also have traps. This could help demonstrate your "element" of surprise.
Now you can do the basics...trap doors, spikes, and falling objects. But what else can you do...that great but it was all done in Indiana Jones movies.
How about a slew of robot claws trying to grab her and slice her head off with a buzz saw?
Aod don't forget to add fan service. It's a good way to keep things interesting.
