You still owe them the multiplayer version in the contract, so you would have problems if trying to prove that the contract lasted 1 year, but there is no second contract right? So then they dont own the game. You and Max Games (a bunch of assholes in my opinion) HAvent fullfiled the contract. But theres still hope, you could just make another game with similiar name or stuff, In my opinion, dont get involved in a legal battle that would drain a lot of money and a lot of time from you.
Luck to you Louissi, youre games have always being epic. i always sort of looked forward to a sequel for worms.... FINISH THAT STORY :P but nevertheless youre a great game maker.
P.S. : you can find yourself a Lawyer girlfriend and have her solve the problem and please you at the same time, for free! :D

Is there any way you can update the version on there site? Then you would have a multiplayer version and you would be able to win in a court battle. Also the contract said that you would be payed more then what you go witch is ok because there was no multiplayer. Of course your second idea is also good.
